The firm’s ascent accelerated amid the remote-work boom, but its edge lies in a global-first architecture built from day one. Unlike rivals patching together local partners, Deel owns payroll engines in over 55 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Singapore, South Africa, and Brazil.
